Cleaning Instructions
1
Dry Wipe the Surface
Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, crumbs, or grit.
This prevents scratching—marble scratches easily.
2
Mix a Gentle Cleaning Solution
Marble requires a pH-neutral solution:
Option A: Bowl Method
-
Fill a bowl with warm water.
-
Add 1–2 drops of mild, pH-neutral dish soap.
-
Stir gently.
Option B: Spray Bottle Method
-
Add 2 cups warm water.
-
Add 2–3 drops mild soap.
-
Swirl gently (don’t shake hard).
Avoid: vinegar, lemon, ammonia, bleach, glass cleaner, or anything acidic or alkaline.
These etch marble.
3
Wipe the Countertop
Dip a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge into the soapy water and wring it out. Or spray your cleaning solution lightly onto the marble. Wipe in slow, overlapping strokes. Don’t scrub aggressively—use light pressure.
4
Rinse the Surface
Use a separate cloth dampened with clean water only. Wipe the entire surface again to remove any soap residue.
Soap residue can leave streaks or dull the shine.
5
Dry Completely
Use a dry microfiber cloth to buff the marble until it’s fully dry and streak-free. Drying is essential because standing water can cause dull spots.
